Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits may apply.

Vacation Drop Co. does not override the cancellation or refund conditions associated with a property or rate after a reservation has been confirmed.

Changes to Reservations

Requests to change dates, guest information, accommodation types or other reservation details are subject to availability and the terms associated with the original booking.

Changes may result in different rates, taxes or fees.

Some reservations or promotional rates may not permit modifications.

No-Shows & Early Departures

Properties may impose charges for no-shows, late cancellations or early departures according to the terms associated with the reservation.

Property-Specific Policies

Individual properties may maintain additional policies regarding check-in/check-out times, minimum age requirements, security deposits, pets, parking, occupancy limits, incidental charges and other matters.

Guests are responsible for reviewing applicable property policies before completing their reservation.
